  2. Purchase a money order for the principal amount you need.
  3. Fill out the ‘Payee’ information.
  4. Sign it and send to the receiver.
  5. Keep your receipt until you get confirmation the payee has received the money order.

If you HAVE the receipt:

Complete the money order tracing/refund request form on the back of the money order receipt and return it, along with a $15 nonrefundable processing fee, to the address listed there.


If you DON’T HAVE the receipt:

Print and complete the money order customer request form and return the receipt, along with a $30 nonrefundable processing fee, to the address listed there.

Note: Please allow 30 days for processing. All requests for refunds and
photocopies must be in writing.
