    Let them know the amount sent and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which they can use to track their transfer.

    Have them visit an agent location

    They can visit any of the more than 12,000 Western Union agent locations² in the Philippines.

    Have them provide their details

    They will fill out the Receive Money form and provide the Western Union agent with the MTCN and a valid photo ID.

    Money received

    Your receiver simply needs to sign a receipt to get the cash.
