    Transfer money on the go with the Western Union® app. You can also start your money transfer on our app and then pay in cash at one of our selected agent locations.

    Need to wire money quickly? Have your money ready for cash pick-up in minutes when you pay by bank transfer (Klarna).

    1. Open our app and log in with Touch ID. Are you a new customer? Download the app on Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and register.
    2. Tap ‘Send money’. Enter the destination country and the transfer amount, then choose pick-up in ‘Cash’ and payment in ‘Cash’.
    3. Select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s name and address.
    4. Complete your transfer by paying in cash at a participating agent location within 12 hours. Find a nearby location here.
    5. Save the receipt and share the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) with your receiver for fast cash pickup. Do not share it with anyone else.

    Want to pay by bank transfer?

    3. Start a transfer, then enter the destination and amount. Transaction times vary by country, but they’ll be shown with your selections.
    4. Choose delivery to a ‘Bank account’, then select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s bank account details.
    5. Pay by credit3/debit card or with your bank account.
    6. We will send a confirmation email with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). ONLY share this number with your receiver for cash pick-up.

    3. Complete the ‘Send Money’ section of the form and choose ‘Mobile Wallet3 Deposit’. Include your receiver’s mobile phone number.
    4. Give our agent the completed form with all applicable funds (including the transfer fee1).
    5. Save the receipt and share the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) with your receiver for fast cash pick up. Do not share it with anyone else.

    2. Log in or register, then click ‘Send money’ to start your transfer.
    3. Enter the destination country and any amount up to €5,000, then choose delivery to a ‘Mobile Wallet’.
    4. Select payment by ‘Bank transfer’ or ‘Credit3/Debit card’.
    5. Enter your receiver’s name and mobile number.
    6. Complete your money transfer.
    7. Both you and your receiver will get a confirmation alert via text message when the money’s been delivered.
