After your identity verification is completed, you can start sending money right away.
After your identity is verified, you cannot change your name, last name, date of birth, country of birth, nationality, ID number, or mobile number. If you need to change this information after your identity is verified, please call Customer Care on the toll-free number 800 SENDWU (800 736398). You can also send an email to wu.support@alfardanexchange.com.
