Here is how it works:

  1. Choose Start verification in your profile.

  2. You will be directed to the video chat portal where our friendly agents will guide you through the entire video verification process.

  3. We’ll send you a PIN number via SMS or Email that must be verified during the video session.

  4. Our agents will verify your identity based on your identification documents via a live video connection.

  5. We’ll take pictures of the front and back of your ID, and of you and compare it to the captured ID data.

  6. Once video verification is completed, you’ll be redirected to the profile overview page or another page with the estimated time for the decision.

  7. The results of the online identification will be sent to Western Union via data interface immediately after verification.
