At the counter, provide your receiver’s details and payment information or fill in the ‘Send Money’ form.

Give the agent the completed form and the money amount you want to send, plus transfer fees1, in cash.

How do I send money with the Money in Minutes2 service?
  1. Search for an agent location near you.
  2. Complete the Send Money section of the form.
  3. Give the agent the completed form with the applicable funds (including the transfer fee1) in cash.
  4. Save your receipt and share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver for pickup.
How can I find out if my money transfer has been received?

Any time after the money has been sent, you can check your money transfer status online. All you need is your name and the tracking number (MTCN) printed on your receipt.
