How do I verify my identity

Step 1. Create your profile. You can do this online or on our app with your email address.

Step 2. Start your money transfer. Log in and start your money transfer. For your first money transfer, choose to pay in store.

Step 3. Visit an agent location. Within 24 hours, bring your government-issued ID to any of our 2,400+ agent locations1 in Malaysia for a face-to-face confirmation, then pay for your money transfer.

Step 4. Upload ID. Log in and upload a copy of the government-issued ID you used for the face-to-face confirmation.

Step 5. Check your profile status. Once your profile status changes to “Confirmed”, you will be able to send money online and via the app, 24/7.
