Create your profile

Make sure the information you provide matches your My Number card.

We are legally required to request the following information:

  • Full name
  • ID details
  • Address
  • Phone number / Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Occupation

Verify your profile

For your first money transfer, you will need to upload a scanned photo of your My Number card, as well as your Residence Card if you’re a foreign resident. If your profile information matches your ID information, your identity will be verified.

For your second transfer, you will also need to verify your address by entering the 4-digit PIN sent to your postal address. You’ll get an email confirmation once your verification is complete.
