    How to make your first online money transfer in five simple steps

    Log in to your online profile using our website or app. Not yet registered? Create a profile for free now.

    Enter your money transfer details

    Select the destination for your money transfer – whether it’s in the UK or beyond. Confirm the amount you’d like to send, as well as a receiving option and payment method.

    Fill in your receiver’s details

    If you’re sending money online or using the app, you can enter your loved one’s banking details – or just provide their name and address to send funds for cash pickup at an agent location. If you choose the option of sending money to a mobile wallet2, you’ll need the name of their mobile wallet provider and mobile wallet number.

    Review your payment method and details, then click ‘Send’.

    Once the money transfer is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (MTCN). Share this with your receiver so you can both track the funds online.
