Transfer money to Morocco

To send money to Morocco online via our website, you’ll first need to log in or register for your free Western Union profile. After you log in:

1. Choose Morocco in the destination box and enter the amount you wish to send.
2. Select how you want your receiver to get their money, either as cash pickup, mobile wallet or in their bank account.
3. Now decide how you want to pay for the transfer, including credit¹ or debit card, Klarna or bank transfer.
4. Once you’ve selected both options, check the breakdown of our transfer fees², conversion rates and estimated delivery times. If you are happy with these, click ‘Continue’.
5. Either select a previous receiver or enter the details of your new receiver in Morocco, including their full name and contact information.
6. Click ‘Continue’ and enter your payment details to secure this money transfer. Once confirmed, check your email receipt for your unique tracking number (MTCN).

You can also set up a money transfer to Morocco in person at one of our agent locations. To do this:

1. Use our online search tool to find your nearest agent location.
2. Head to the counter with your government-issued ID or phone number and your receiver’s details.
3. Pay for your money transfer in cash or with a German credit¹/debit card.
4. Use your receipt to locate your unique tracking number (MTCN). Share this with your receiver and use it to track your money transfer to Morocco.

The maximum amount you can send to Morocco from Germany is 25,000 EUR. This is for bank transfers only. To pay via a credit¹/debit card or Klarna, the maximum amount you can send in a single money transfer is 5,000 EUR.
