Send money for cash pickup in minutes2

Need to transfer money quickly? Have your money ready for cash pickup in minutes at one of our hundreds of thousands of agent locations around the world.

Want to pay in cash?

  1. Open our app and log in with Touch ID. Are you a new customer? Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store and register.
  2. Tap ‘Send money’. Enter the destination country and the transfer amount, and then choose pickup in ‘Cash’ and payment in ‘Cash’.
  3. Select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s name and address.
  4. Complete your transfer by paying in cash at a participating agent location within 12 hours. Find a nearby location here.
  5. Save the receipt and share the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) with your receiver for fast cash pickup. Do not share it with anyone else.

Want to pay by bank transfer or credit card?

  1. Open our app and log in with Touch ID. Are you a new customer? Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store and register.
  2. Tap ‘Send money’. Enter the destination country and the transfer amount, and then choose pickup in ‘Cash’ and payment by ‘Bank transfer‘ or ‘Credit/Debit card’.
  3. Select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s name and address.
  4. Pay with your card3 or with bank transfer.
  5. We will send a confirmation email with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). ONLY share this number with your receiver for cash pickup.
Send to a bank account2

Enjoy money transfers from your phone directly to their bank account. You’ll be able to pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

  1. Check if you have all of your receiver’s bank details.
  2. Open our app and log in with Touch ID. Are you a new customer? Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store and register.
  3. Start a transfer, then enter the destination and amount. Transaction times vary by country, but they’ll be shown with your selections.
  4. Choose delivery to a ‘Bank account’, and then select a previous receiver or enter a new receiver’s bank account details.
  5. Pay by credit/debit card3 or with your bank account.
  6. We will send a confirmation email with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). ONLY share this number with your receiver.
  7. The money will be deposited into your receiver’s qualifying bank account. Check out destination-specific timing.
Send to a mobile wallet2

If your receiver lives in a country where we offer this service, you can even send money to their mobile phone—so they can get their money quicker and easier than ever. Make sure your receiver has activated a mobile wallet with one of our partner mobile operators in their country.

  1. Check available destination countries and mobile providers.
  2. Open our app and log in with Touch ID. Are you a new customer? Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store and register.
  3. Start your transfer. Enter the destination country and the amount you’re sending, and then choose delivery to a ‘Mobile wallet’.
  4. Enter your receiver’s name and mobile number.
  5. Pay with your credit or debit card3.
  6. Both you and your receiver will get a confirmation alert via text message4 when the money’s been delivered.

Need to transfer money quickly? Have your money ready for cash pickup in minutes. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron) or with bank transfer (iDEAL banking).

  1. Log in to your profile. If you don’t have a profile, please register for free.
  2. Choose country, amount, and delivery method (cash).
  3. Enter your receiver’s name.
  4. Pay with your card3 or with bank transfer.
  5. You’ll get a confirmation by email. Save the tracking number (MTCN) and only share with your receiver for pickup.

  4. Save your receipt and share the tracking number (MTCN) with your receiver for pickup. Do not share it with anyone else.

We are formless! Go directly to the counter to transfer money to a bank account.

  1. Search here for an agent location near you.
  2. Complete the ‘Send money’ section of the form, including your receiver’s bank and account information. Check what specific information is needed.
  3. Give the agent the completed form with the applicable funds (including transaction fee5) in cash.
  4. Save your receipt with the tracking number (MTCN).
  5. Your money will be deposited into your receiver’s bank account within 1 to 3 bank working days, depending on the destination country. Check out destination-specific timing.
