    How to redeem

    Online with WesternUnion.com
    1. Visit WesternUnion.com.
    2. Sign in with your profile credentials.
    3. Select “My WUSM Rewards” from the main menu.
    4. Click on “Redeem Rewards”.
    5. Choose your reward.
    On the My WU portal
    1. Sign on with either your WU.com credentials or your My WU information.
    2. Choose a reward you would like to redeem.
    3. Click “Redeem now”.
    In the app
    1. Download the Western Union app to your mobile phone.
    2. Log in with your Western Union credentials.
    3. Select “My WU” from the menu.
    4. Tap “Redeem Points”.
    Via text4

    No smartphone? No problem. You can redeem your rewards via text4.

    Instructions:

    Send a text4 to 88232 with your My WU number and one of the following keywords:

    BAL – To check your My WU points balance

    3CAD or 3E – $3 discount

    6CAD or 6E – $6 discount

    12CAD or 12E – $12 discount

    For example, to redeem 100 points, type an SMS3: “3CAD or 3E + My WU number” and send it to 88233.

    Your transfer fee discount2 will apply automatically to your next qualifying money transfer.

    Redeem on the My WU Portal
    1. Once you accrue 30 CAD in your wallet, you will be eligible to withdraw cash back.
    2. Click on “Withdraw cash back” button.
    3. Specify the amount you want to withdraw.
    4. Click “Withdraw”.
    5. Pick up your cash at a WU agent location.
