Ways to send money

Transfers made easy
This option is only available via Krungsri bank’s online banking.

Visit at www.krungsrionline.com (KOL) and register to get username and password. If you don’t have a KOL bank account yet, please visit your preferred Krungsri bank‘s location and request to open up it for you.

Choose the “Western Union” tab and select “Apply to send money via KOL.” Then, fill out the rest of needed information.

You will receive a confirmation of your account activation by SMS within 1-3 business days.

Sign in once again to your KOL account after you receive SMS confirmation for your account activation. Choose the “Western Union” tab and navigate to “Sending.” Make a transfer following the provided simple steps.

After you complete your money transfer, you will get a tracking number (MTCN) on your receipt, so you can track the money. Share it with your intended receiver only.

- Follow the steps in the app to create a profile with your phone number.

- Visit one of the central locations with a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity in person.

- Enter the destination country and the amount you'd like to send.
- Choose how you’d like to send money - via credit, debit card3 or bank transfer.
- Choose the payout method: cash or direct to bank.

Enter your receiver's details

- If you’re sending directly to a bank account, you will need your receiver’s bank name, code, and account number5.
- You can save your receiver’s details for convenient repeat transfers.

Pay and send

- Pay for your transfer.
- Check all the details before hitting send. You'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number (MTCN). Use it to track your transfer and share it with your receiver only.

This option is only available for those who have Krungsri bank’s online banking (KOL) account.

For those, who have KOL account:

Visit one of Krungsri bank‘s ATMs at any of the Krungsri bank’s kiosks to make a transfer.

After you complete your money transfer, you will get a tracking number (MTCN) on your receipt, so you can track the money. Share it with your intended receiver only.

For those, who don’t have KOL account:

Visit your prefered Krungsri bank location and request to open up a new KOL account.

When filling out your information, please also fill out Western Union account-based money transfer (ABMT) registration form and apply for ATM services.

You will receive a confirmation of your KOL account activation by SMS within 1-3 business days.

Visit one of the Krungsri bank‘s ATMs at any of the Krungsri bank’s kiosks to make a transfer.
