How do I collect my money at the agent location?
First, you’ll need to fill out the Receive Money form. Once done, give the agent the completed form and a valid ID. When everything has been verified, the agent will give you your money and a copy of the receipt.
How will I know if my money is ready to be collected?
You can easily track your transfer by entering your sender's name and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). There, you’ll see the latest status update of your money transfer.
Do I have to pay a fee to receive my money?
No, receiving money is free of charge, unless you choose to receive money in a different currency2, in a mobile device, or in an account which wasn’t part of the original sending transaction.
