TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter of this Promotion is Western Union Financial Services, Inc. located in 6/F, Vertis Corporate Tower 1, Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa, North Avenue, Quezon City. All activities relating to marketing the Promotion are done by Creative Affairs Team, Inc., located at 160 Pasig Blvd., Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
3. The promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years or above who have opted in to participate in marketing programs (“Eligible Participants”). Employees and relatives within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Creative Affairs Team Inc and Western Union, Western Union^® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
4. This Promotion starts at 12:00am (AEST) on 15 October 2026 and ends on 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 January 2027 (“Promotion Period”). All transactions made after 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 January 2027 will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
5. All Eligible Participants who, during the Promotion Period, successfully send or receive a Western Union^® Money Transfer in the amount of at least ₱15,000 (LCY equivalent) to or from Canada via Western Union channels will be eligible for an entry and get a chance to be one twelve (12) winners of an iPad A16 (11^th GEN) in the monthly draws and one of three (3) winners of an iPhone 18 Pro Max and three (3) winners of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in the grand draws. Receivers and senders must register at wu.com/PH/promos to qualify for an entry.

6. To opt-in and register for the raffle, Eligible Participants must visit Transfer Today, Unlock Your Dream Gadget Tomorrow Promo or register through the official registration page and provide the following required data:
   1. Name (First name, Middle Name, Last Name)
   2. Mobile Number
   3. E-mail Address
   4. Present Residential Address
   5. Where did they transact (if Sender)
   6. Where did they receive the remittance (if Receiver)
   7. Date money transfer was sent
   8. Money Transfer Control Number
7. There will be a total 12 winners of an iPad A16 (11^th Gen) in the monthly draws and one of six (6) lucky winners of an iPhone 18 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in the grand draw.

• Six (6) winners of an iPad A16 (11^th Gen) from Retail/Digital Philippines-to-Canada sender segment and Six (6) winners from the Canada retail-to-Philippines receiver segment.
• Three (3) winners from Retail/Digital Philippines-to-Canada sender segment and Three (3) winners from the Canada retail-to-Philippines receiver segment.

 *Prizes is only eligible for senders and receivers based in the Philippines.

8. The winning senders and receivers will be selected by random draw to be held monthly for the minor prize and on 26 November 2026, 29 December 2026 and 12 February 2027 for the prizes at 4pm local time (GMT+8). The raffle draws will be held at the Western Union office located in 6/F, Vertis North Corporate Tower 1, Quezon City, to be witnessed by a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative physically or through a Zoom video call.
9. The winning senders and receivers will be notified via callout and registered mail.
10. The gadget prizes will be sent to the winners identified and confirmed mailing address.
11. The gadget prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
12. Winners must acknowledge and claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification. Failure to claim or respond within this 60-day period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
13. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 shall be shouldered and paid for entirely by Western Union Financial Services, Inc.
14. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties or failures, unauthorized intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, disease, epidemics, pandemics or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this Promotion.
15. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.

17. Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law.
18. Western Union collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participants agree to provide this PI. The use and handling of PI is seen in the Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at [https://www.westernunion.com/content/wucom/global/en/privacy-statement.html]. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how Eligible Participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how Eligible Participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose Eligible Participant’s personal information to any entity outside of the country in which it was originally collected. A request to access, update or correct any PI should be directed to the Promoter.
19. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
20. This is a randomized draw for Western Union customers that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of Western Union. The promotion is compliant with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
