1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter of this Promotion is Western Union Financial Services, Inc. located in 15/F, SM North Corporate Tower 1, Quezon City. All activities relating to marketing the Promotion are done by Creative Affairs Team, Inc., located at 160 Pasig Blvd., Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
3. The promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years or above who have opted-in to participate in Outbound Philippines – Remit to Fly Promo (“Eligible Participants”). Employees and relatives within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Creative Affairs Team Inc and Western Union, Western Union® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
4. This Promotion starts at 12:00am (AEST) on 15 July 2026 and ends on 11:59pm (AEST) on 15 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All transactions made after 11:59pm (AEST) on 15 October 2026 will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.

8. An Eligible Participant may earn multiple entries by completing multiple qualifying transactions during the Promotion Period. However, a participant can only win once per monthly draw for the minor prize. All non-winning entries from previous months will not roll-over to the succeeding minor draws.
9. All non-winning entries throughout the Promotion Period are qualified for the Major Prize draw, but a participant can only win one (1) Major Prize.
10. The winning senders will be selected by random draw to be held monthly for the minor prize and on 22 October 2026 for the major prize at 4pm local time (GMT+8). The raffle draw will be held at the Western Union office located in 15/F, SM North Corporate Tower 1, Quezon City., to be witnessed by a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative physically or through a Zoom video call
11. The winning senders will be notified via callout and registered mail. Addtionally, the names of the official winners will be posted on the official website of Western Union.
12. Winners must acknowledge and claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification. Failure to claim or respond within this 60-day period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

15. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 shall be shouldered and paid for entirely by Western Union Financial Services, Inc.
16. The Travel voucher is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
17. The Travel voucher has no expiry date, remains valid until fully consumed, and can be redeemed directly via the official Philippine Airlines website.

Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law.

Western Union collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participants agree to provide this PI. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how Eligible Participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how Eligible Participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose Eligible Participant’s personal information to any entity outside of the country in which it was originally collected. A request to access, update or correct any PI should be directed to the Promoter.
21. This is a randomized draw for Western Union customers that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of Western Union. The promotion is compliant with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
