- Provide the agent with your full name and a valid government-issued photo ID.

3. Share your receiver’s details2
- Provide the agent with your receiver’s first name and last name, destination country, and the exact transfer amount you wish to send2.
- Choose the payout method: cash, direct transfer to a bank account, or mobile wallet based on your receiver’s country.

4. Pay and send
- Pay for your transfer with a credit card, debit card issued by a New Zealand bank3.
