How to send money to a bank account

  1. Log in to your profile. If you don’t have a profile, register now for free.

  2. Check bank account transfer service availability by destination country.

  3. Select our direct to bank service.

  4. Enter your receiver’s bank account information.

  5. Pay via internet banking (POLi), with your Visa® or Mastercard® (New Zealand bank-issued cards only)2. The money will be deposited into your receiver’s bank account within 2 bank business days3.

  6. You will receive a confirmation by email with the tracking number (MTCN).
