5. Pay and complete your transfer. After your payment is completed, you’ll get a receipt with a tracking number (MTCN) on your registered email address. You and your receiver can track your transfer using the MTCN.

How to send money to Vanuatu online?

  1. Visit the Western Union mobile app or website.
  2. Log into your Western Union profile.
  3. Go to Send money and choose Vanuatu as your receiver’s country.
  4. Enter your transfer details.
  5. Select Continue to complete your transfer.

After you complete the transfer, you’ll get a confirmation receipt with the tracking number (MTCN) on your registered email address.

What details will I need to send money to Vanuatu?

How can I track my transfer?

To get your transfer status, go to Track a Transfer and enter your 10-digit tracking number (MTCN).

Don’t have your MTCN? You can still know your transfer status in these easy steps:

  1. Go to Track a Transfer and select Track a transfer without MTCN.
  2. Enter Sender’s mobile number or the Sender and receiver names.
  3.  Enter the receiver’s country and the amount sent.
  4. Finally, select Track it.

How much can I send to Vanuatu?

To send any amount from New Zealand, you’ll need to verify your identity. After you’ve verified your identity, you can send up to NZD 5000.

You can verify your identity online or at an agent location.
