How to get your identity verified via web or app:

After logging in to your profile on westernunion.com or our mobile app, please select 'Online verification' from the available options. Then, you will need to take photos of the below using your phone or web camera and upload them:

1) ID document used for registration on Western Union web or app

2) A selfie video following instructions on the screen (move head up, down, left...)

Once your profile is successfully verified, you will receive both email and SMS confirmations.

Please note that the acceptable ID types are:

• Civil national ID for Jordanians

• Passport for non-Jordanians

How to get your identity verified at an agent location:

After creating your online profile, you can visit the nearest Western Union agent location to get your identity verified by one of our representatives. Please make sure to bring the same Jordanian ID you used to register.
