After you’ve registered on westernunion.com:

  1. Take a photo of both sides of your valid* Civil ID, resident ID, or passport, which you used to register on the Western Union mobile app or westernunion.com.

  2. Take a clear selfie, holding the ID you used in step 1.

  3. Send all the documents to wu.support@globalmoneyexchange.net from the email address you used to register, or from your registered phone number to Global Money Exchange via WhatsApp at +96899500518.

  4. After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once you get the confirmation email, you can start using Western Union online money transfer services immediately.

*Due to the current situation, customers whose ID expired after 23rd of Feb 2020 can still register and use Western Union money transfer services on westernunion.com and our mobile app until further notice to provide a new one.
