First time sending money online?

Whether you’re a first time Western Union® user or thinking to switch from sending money at an agent location to
sending online, here is a step-by-step guide for you to get started:

  1. Create your profile. You will need to verify your mobile phone number and fill in the registration form to create your profile.

  2. Verify your profile. Once registered online, please do the following:

    • Take a clear photo of your valid ID from both sides.
    • Take a clear selfie of yourself (face) holding your ID.
    • Send both ID photos and the selfie from your registered email to Otg.wu.support@orabank.net. A representative of Orabank will check your documents in order to verify your profile.
  3. Send money online. Once you receive an SMS confirmation of your completed profile verification, you can start sending money anytime at wu.com.
