How to start a money transfer online.

 

  1. Go to WU.COM and log in, or create an account.

  2. Start your transfer online by filling out the required fields & choose ‘Pay in cash’.

  3. Then, visit an agent location to pay for you transfer.

  4. Save your receipt and tracking number (MTCN). Your receiver will need the tracking number (MTCN) for pickup and you'll need it to track your transfer.

 

Remember! Take your ID, full payment (amount you are sending and payment*), and give the agent the telephone number used to start the transfer.

 


 

How to send a money transfer from a WU® agent location.

 

  1. Search for an agent location near you.

  2. Go directly to the counter with your ID and bring your receiver’s information.

  3. Give the agent all the information, applicable funds, including the transaction fee*.

  4. Save your receipt and tracking number (MTCN). Your receiver will need the tracking number (MTCN) for pickup and you'll need it to track your transfer.

 


 

How to send a money transfer direct to a bank account.

 

We are formless! Go directly to the counter to transfer money to a bank account.

 

  1. Check if you have all the bank details for your receiver and search for an agent location near you.

  2. Go directly to the counter with your ID and bring you receiver’s bank and account information.

  3. Give the agent all the information, applicable funds and payment amount.

  4. Save your receipt with the tracking number (MTCN). Share this number with your receiver to track the transfer
