The tracking number (MTCN) is a unique 10-digit number assigned to your transfer. Your receiver will need this number to pick up their money. It can also be used to track your transfer. Remember to share the number only with your receiver.
Yes, you will get a receipt for your transfer via email. You can also see the details of all your transfers in the History section of the Western Union® app.
Depending on the delivery method, transfer amount sending and receiving countries, it takes anywhere between a few minutes to 4 business days for the money to reach your receiver.
A money transfer can only be canceled if it has not been picked up by the receiver or if it has not been deposited in your receiver’s bank account.
