For a flat ₱500 transfer fee*, you can save your loved ones overseas a trip to an agent location by sending money directly to their bank account.

Know your receiver’s bank details. Before starting your money transfer, make sure you know your receiver’s bank name and bank account number**.
Fill out the Send Money form at an agent location. Once done, give it to our agent along with a valid ID, the money you wish to send, and the applicable transfer fee.
Get your receipt. And take note of the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
Inform your receiver. Let them know the MTCN, the sum sent, and the country you sent it from. Do not disclose these details to anyone else.
For your convenience, you can track your transfer to know if the money has been received.
