If your money order was lost or stolen and:

1. You have the receipt, print and complete the money order customer request form and return the receipt to the listed address with the $15 nonrefundable processing fee.
2. You don't have the receipt, print and complete the money order research request form, and mail it to the listed address with the $30 nonrefundable processing fee.
3. You will receive a refund if the money order has not cleared or you will be sent a copy of the cleared money order.
