TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prices form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter of this Promotion is Central Department Store Co., Ltd, (“Promoter”).
Western Union is not the administrator, sponsor, or promoter of this Promotion. The Promotion is solely conducted and managed by the Promoter. Western Union involvement is limited to providing technical facilitation for money transfers and marketing support for the Promotion but has no responsibility for the administration, selection of winners, distribution of prizes, or any claims arising from participation. Any disputes, claims, or damages related to or arising from the sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Promoter, and Western Union shall not be held liable in any way.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Thailand aged 18 years or above who satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 6 below (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Western Union® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. This Promotion commences on 12:01am (Thailand Time) on 1st August 2025 and ends on 11:59pm (Thailand time) on 31st October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).  Entries received after 11:59pm (Thailand time) on 31st October 2025 (or such later Promotion Period end date) will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.

4. Eligible Participants who, during the Promotion Period, must fulfill the requirements below.

5. Make 2(two) money transfer of at least THB 15,000 (principal amount, excluding transfer fees) using Western Union® Money TransferSM service an online payment at westernunion.com or Western Union mobile app from Thailand to the Philippines and India for cash pickup, bank accounts and digital wallets.

6. Eligible participants will receive a THB 300 Grab e-voucher, sent via SMS to the registered phone number within 45 days. Each customer can receive 1Grab e-voucher per calendar month and is eligible to win every calendar month throughout the campaign period.

7. Promoter reserves the right to refuse/deny any entrant it feels does not meet the eligibility qualifications stated in these terms and conditions.

8. A total of 1,800 Grab e-voucher (value THB 300) are available. The offer is valid while stocks last.

9. By entering the Promotion eligible Participants understand and acknowledge that communications to fulfill the terms of this promotion will be sent to them.

10. The Grab e-voucher discount code is not redeemable for cash, and the Eligible Participant(s) shall be responsible for any tax arising on redemption. A third-party provider provides the prizes, subject to their respective terms and conditions, as to product warranty. The third-party provider will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the vouchers, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the code, services, and/or information should be directed to such third-party provider. The Promoter will not be held liable to the quality and availability of the e-voucher, services and information provided by the third-party provider, and excludes liability in connection with the Promotion once the winner(s) enjoys any benefit relating to the Promotion of the full extent permitted by law. The Company retains the prerogative to solicit additional documentation for the purpose of validating participation or facilitating prize allocation, upon suspicion or uncertainty.

11. Dishonest engagement or any attempt to deceive the program shall result in immediate suspension of participation and forfeiture of associated prizes, including retroactive implications upon subsequent discovery. Conditions are subject to modification without prior notification. Participants explicitly grant consent to the Company for the collection, utilization, and disclosure of their names, addresses, contact numbers, and photographs concerning the activity and promotional endeavors of company products without any remuneration. Winners expressly grant the Company permission to collect, utilize, and disseminate photographs, audio, or information disclosed by winners for the purposes of result announcement, publicity, and marketing, without any form of compensation. In the event of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be considered final and absolute.

12. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.

14. Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.

15. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
