If you are already registered, you will need to log in to your account, look for WU money transfer services, enter MTCN, sender’s name, sending country and payout amount.

If you want to use ATM service to receive money, you will need to pre-register at one of our agent locations. After you are successfully registered, you will get a confirmation from the agent and will be able to receive your money on ATM. ATMs are available 24/7.
If you have an active account with ATM or Debit card of Western Union’s participating bank agents that offer ATM service, just visit the nearest ATM of your bank, insert your card, look for WU money transfer services, enter MTCN and payout amount. The money will be credited to your account.

You will need to pre-register with one of Western Union participating bank agents. Once you are successfully registered, you can make a phone call and specify your full name, account number, personal information and confirmation that you are the intended recipient by providing details of the 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), the full name of the sender, the country the money was sent from and the expected amount to be received. The money will be credited to your account.
Individuals must present their valid primary identification document verifying the full name (birth certificate, Passport, Military Identification card (Thai citizen only), Government Employee card (Thai citizen only), Alien Identification card (Foreigner) , Refugee card (Foreigner), Government issued work permit (Foreigner), driver’s license, US Navy card, Philippine professional card (Filipino only) and one form of non-primary identification verifying the current or permanent address (e.g. utility bill, a letter from a hostel manager confirming temporary residence).
Acceptable IDs are subject to the Thailand Central Bank rules and regulations.
