Online with Nafath App

Verify your identity in minutes and start sending money immediately.

Once your online registration is completed, follow the below steps:

  1. Select ‘ekyc through NAFATH’ from the verification options.
  2. Make note of the request number displayed, then login to the Nafath App to complete your authentication.
  3. Return to Western Union App/Web and validate your personal details
  4. Continue and fill in your personal and employment information.
  5. Accept Western Union and Ersal Terms and Conditions

– After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation by email, and you can start sending money immediately.


In-person with Ersal

Visit the agent location of your choice and get verified.


After you have successfully registered online, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the nearest Ersal location.

2. Present the same government- issued ID used for your profile creation.

3. An Ersal representative will open a CIF.

4. Log back in into

5. On the Login page, accept Ersal Terms and Conditions then enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number


After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation by email and you can start sending money immediately.

Please note that if you are an existing Ersal customer, you are not required to visit an Ersal location for verification. You can directly start from step 4.
