What information do you need to send directly to Nequi wallet?

✓ Beneficiary’s full name (as registered on Nequi wallet)

✓ Telephone number associated with the Nequi´s wallet.

The first time your beneficiary receives a remittance in their wallet, they will receive an SMS indicating the following:

Additionally, if your account is registered in Nequi, the beneficiary must enable the option to receive remittances within the wallet.
Once in the Nequi App, the beneficiary must fill out the form once to activate automatic deposits and be able to receive remittances in the wallet.

Your beneficiary has only 3 days to register on Nequi and enable the option to receive remittances; otherwise, the transaction will be canceled and refunded.
The names and surnames registered in the transfer must match those of the Nequi wallet owner.
