Joining the My WU program is fast and free. You can enroll online when creating a WU.com profile, or at any participating agent location. If you already use WU.com or our app to send money, you can simply opt-in to the My WU program from your profile settings.

How To Redeem
  1. Visit WesternUnion.com.
  2. Sign in with your profile credentials.
  3. Choose “My WU” from the main menu.
  4. Click on “Redeem Rewards”.
  5. Choose your reward.

  2. Sign on with either your WU.com credentials or your My WU information.
  3. Choose a reward you would like to redeem.
  4. Click “Redeem Now”.
  1. Download the Western Union app to your mobile phone.
  2. Log in with your Western Union credentials.
  3. Select “My WU” from the menu.
  4. Tap “Redeem Points”.

Send a text* to 5005 with your My WU number and one of the following keywords:

  • BAL – To check your My WU® points balance
  • 25% – for 25% transfer fee1 discount2
  • 50% – for 50% transfer fee1 discount2
  • 100% – for 100% transfer fee1 discount2

Your transfer fee discount will apply automatically to your next qualifying money transfer.
