What information do you need to send directly to Nequi wallet?

✓ Beneficiary’s full name (as registered on Nequi wallet)

✓ Telephone number associated with the Nequi´s wallet.

Ensure that your beneficiary is affiliated to Nequi wallet.

  • The first time your beneficiary receives a remittance in their wallet, they will receive an SMS indicating the following:
  • Once in the Nequi App, the beneficiary must fill out the form once to activate automatic deposits and be able to receive remittances in the wallet.

Important:

  • Your beneficiary has only 3 days to register on Nequi and enable the option to receive remittances; otherwise, the transaction will be canceled and refunded.
  • The names and surnames registered in the transfer must match those of the Nequi wallet owner.
