Yes, before starting your first transfer online, you will need to verify your identity. To do this, you will need to fill in the online registration form with the following information: full name, date and country of birth, ID details (type, number, expiry date, issuer) and an address.
When an expired ID is detected, you will be required to provide a new one.
After presenting a valid government-issued ID at the nearest participating agent location, your identity will be verified.
