Receiving money into your bank account:
You can ask your sender to send the money directly to your bank account in Argentina. When sending the money, the sender must inform your bank account details (bank name, CBU number and CUIL) as well as your email and contact number. With that information, we will send you an email to your mailbox to complete an online registration process that will be valid for 15 months. You can access to the online form through this link.
Switch from cash pickup to bank account:
If your sender has already sent you the money but did not share your bank account details, you can also ask for the money to be deposited into your bank account by sending an email to email@example.com indicating your full name, tracking number (MTCN), and your government-issued ID number.
If it is the first-time receiving money this way, you will need to complete an online registration that will be valid for 15 months. You can access to the online form through this link.
Track your transaction using your tracking number (MTCN). You’ll know instantly if the money is on its way or if it’s already available for pickup.
