You can pick up the money at any participating agent location. Be sure to check the status of your money transfer using the MTCN number to confirm it’s ready for pick up.
Provide your sender with these details:

The receiver’s account must be a local currency payout account.

Provide your tracking number (MTCN) as well as

Once details are confirmed, the money will reach your bank account within 1-2 business day.

Receiving in Argentina:
For a receiver to get the money, the information entered by the sender needs to match the government-issued ID of that receiver. The sender needs to make sure to enter the receiver’s information exactly as it shows on his or her government-issued ID, for example the name should include middle name and both surnames, if applicable.
The receiver must present the original government-issued ID and its photocopy to the agent, along with the tax identification number (CUIL/CUIT/CDI) if the receiver is an Argentinian citizen.
The receiver must share with the agent the correct tracking number (MTCN), the sender´s full name, the country where the money came from, and the expected amount.
The money can be picked up at any agent location in the country selected by the sender. Be sure to check the status of your money transfer online using the tracking number (MTCN).

4. Receiving the money
You can ask your sender to transfer the money directly to your bank account in Argentina. The sender must enter your bank account details (bank name, CBU number and CUIL) when sending the money.
You will need to complete a one-time registration process within 90 days of receiving the funds. Also, if you receive 2 additional transfers within that 90-day period (a total of 3 transfers), you will need to register before you can pick up the third transfer.
To complete your registration, we will contact you by email within 24 hours of the transfer at the email provided by your sender. You will be asked to provide additional information on an online form used for registering transfers.
If your sender has already sent you the money and did not share your bank account details, you can also ask for the money to be deposited into your bank account by sending an email to mailto:email@example.com indicating your full name, tracking number (MTCN), and your government-issued ID number.
