Online with Kuwait Mobile ID

Get your identity instantly verified with the Kuwait Mobile ID app.

After you have successfully registered on, watch our tutorial to learn how to complete your verification, or follow the steps below:

  1. Download and open the Kuwait Mobile ID app on your device.
  2. Complete your online registration. Learn more.
  3. Go back to the Western Union app.
  4. Choose Online with Kuwait Mobile ID from the verification options list.
  5. Click on the Kuwait Mobile ID notification. If you’ve missed it, log in to the Kuwait Mobile ID app, open the Authenticate tab, and select Authentication Requests.
  6. Open the Aman Exchange Online/Western Union Digital request, then select Authenticate.
  7. Enter your Mobile ID PIN code.
  8. Go back to the Western Union app.

After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation email from Western Union. You can now start sending money immediately.


At your doorstep

Request an agent visit at the place and time of your convenience.

After you have successfully registered online, you can request an agent’s visit at your doorstep through Aman Exchange Portal.

Please note that you will need to present the same Kuwait civil ID that you used to create your profile.

After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation by email, and you can start sending money immediately.

Visit the agent location of your choice and get verified.

After you have successfully registered online, you will need to visit a nearby Aman Exchange location.
