What do I need in order to register and send money through Western Union?

Anyone who meets the following requirements can register and start sending money online.

  • Must have a valid civil national ID card, military card, passport (with a valid labor card or visa when applicable), Syrian refugee card (issued by the Jordan Ministry of Interior Affairs).
  • Must be of at least 18 years old.
  • Must accept our terms and conditions.
  • Must have a valid phone number.
  • Must have a bank account in Jordan.

How many times can I register?

Registration with a valid ID, mobile phone number and email address is possible only once.
