The Ombudsman service is restricted to customers who have already contacted Customer Service (SAC) and were not satisfied with the resolution provided to their complaint.
If that is the case, before contacting the Ombudsman, make sure you have the protocol number of the complaint registered with SAC. The Ombudsman may also request documents to support your request.
