Needed documents:
For Brazilians: National driver’s license or other type of identity card and CPF.
For foreigners residing in Brazil: National driver’s license or Foreigner Registration (RNE) identity card and CPF.
For foreigners not residing in Brazil:
Mercosur member countries (Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru): identity card from the respective foreign country or passport.
Other countries: Passport.
Restrictions and Special Notes
To receive funds, a valid and original identification document is required. Additionally, the recipient must know the sender’s name, country of origin, and approximate transaction amount;
When applicable, the recipient must have a valid CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry);
Deliveries of funds are not made to individuals under the age of 18, unless they are emancipated or accompanied by a competent legal representative with appropriate documentation proving such status;
Residents of Brazil may only receive funds in Reais.
