TERMS AND CONDITIONS – IB VN 2025TET PROMOTION 

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoters of this Promotion are 6 agents that partner with Western Union in Vietnam, namely:

• Bank For Investment and Development (BIDV)
• Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank)
• Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank)
• Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank)
• Momo wallet
• Dong A Money Transfer Company (DongA)

(each, a “Promoter” and collectively, the “Promoters”)

Western Union is not the administrator, sponsor, or promoter of this Promotion. The Promotion is solely conducted and managed by Promoters. Western Union involvement is limited to providing technical facilitation for money transfers and marketing support for the Promotion but has no responsibility for the administration, selection of winners, distribution of prizes, or any claims arising from participation. Any disputes, claims, or damages related to or arising from the sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Promoters, and Western Union shall not be held liable in any way.

3. The promo is open for all receivers of . The promo is open to all Vietnamese residents aged 18 years or above. Employees and relatives within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Agents and Western Union, Western Union^® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. This Promotion starts on 12:00am (GMT+7) on 1^st December 2024 and ends on 11:59pm (GMT+7) on 15th February 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All transactions made after 11:59pm (GMT+7) on 15th February 2025 will not be accepted and will be considered as invalid.

All Eligible Participants who, during the Promotion Period, successfully received a Western Union^® Money Transfer in the amount of at least 9.500.000 VND or 400 USD or its foreign currency conversion (principal amount only) from any country or territory outside Vietnam will qualify to enter the Promotion. The transfer must be received through one of the following methods provided by the Promoters in Vietnam:

• Cash pick-up at any of the Promoters’ affiliated locations,
• Credit to any of the Promoters’ bank accounts,
• Transfer into any of the Promoters’ wallets, or
• Home delivery service offered by any of the Promoters.

5. There is no limitation for An Eligible Participant to enter the Promotion. 1 transaction will qualify for the promotion. The more entries he/she gets and higher the chance to win the prize.
6. There will be total 35 winners of a Massage Chair KingSport Standard G4 (12,500,000 VND/each)

7. The promoters will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the prizes, services, and/or information they provide. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the prizes, services, and/or information should be directed to the Promoters.
8. The winners will be selected by random draw to be held by Promoters on 30 Feb 2025 tentatively. Promoters can also decide the time, venue then announce to participants.
9. The winners will be notified via callout and registered mail by Promoters.
10. The prize will be delivered to winners’ address. The prize will be awarded within 45 days after the lucky draw results are available.
11. If the winner does not wish to participate in this Promotion, they can contact our agents to decline the reward.
12. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties or failures, unauthorised intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (i)   to disqualify any Eligible Participant with prior Ministry of Trade Approval, (ii) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this promotion
13. The prize is non-transferrable or not convertible to cash.
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.
15. For any further clarification and complaints, participants can reach out customer service of participated agents.
16. Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law.
17. The Promoters collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participants agree to provide this PI. The use and handling of PI is seen in the Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at The Privacy Statement also contains information about how Eligible Participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how Eligible Participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoters will not disclose Eligible Participant’s personal information to any entity outside of the country in which it was originally collected. A request to access, update or correct any PI should be directed to the Promoters.
18. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will be followed.
