How do I add money to my App?
On the main dashboard, select Add Money. Then choose the source of funds (debit card, credit card*, or redirect a money transfer that has been sent to you) and follow the instructions.
Please note availability times differ based on funding option.
*If you are using a credit card, a card-issuer cash advance fee and associated interest charges may Apply.
How do I sign up for the App?
To sign up for the Vigo Money App, simply download the App and click on Sign up for App. You’ll need to enter the following details as they Appear in your unexpired government-issued ID. Your:
- First and last name
- Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
- Date of birth
- Country of birth
- Your US address.
You may also need to verify your identity with one of the following:
- Passport
- US Driver’s license
- US National ID
- Instituto Federal Electoral (Mexico)
- Matricula Consular (Mexico).
How many cards can I add to my profile for the purpose of topping up your wallet?
You can add 1 debit card, 1 credit card, and one external bank account, to your profile for loading/topping up your App.
Are there any fees associated with the Wallet?
To get detailed information about any fees associated with the Wallet, please refer to the Wallet Terms and Conditions and the Cardholder Agreement.
