No, the reduced rates apply to transfers from Asunción and the Central Region of Paraguay only.
As the name suggests, Money in Minutes will be delivered in minutes. Bank deposits may take a bit longer depending on the receiving country and bank processing time.
Currently, these rates apply to transfers initiated in person at Western Union agent locations in Asunción and the Central Region of Paraguay only.
