1.Know your receiver’s bank details. Typically, you’ll need your receiver’s bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about what bank details are needed4.
2.Open your profile. Register or log in, then choose the ‘Send Money’ option.
3.Verify your profile. If you haven‘t verified your profile, go through the verification process first to be able to send money online.
4.Fill in your money transfer details. Choose ‘Bank Account’ as the method for receiving money and make sure to include your receiver’s complete information2.
5.Pay for the transfer. You can pay with a debit, credit or a prepaid card (issued in WAEMU7 region) or with a bank transfer from a Niger-issued bank account. If you choose the latter option, you will need to log in to your bank’s website and transfer the total amount to Orabank’s account3 in order to complete the transaction.
6.Track your transfer. On your receipt page, you will find your tracking number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.
