What documents can I use to pick up money in Fiji?

You’ll need to present any official government- issued ID, such as:

  • Student ID
  • Passport
  • Driver’s license for residents
  • Fiji voter registration card
  • Social welfare card
  • FRCA/FNPF card
  • Police or military card, along with a birth certificate

  • For non-residents, the documents needed are:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s license

  • Acceptable IDs are subject to the banking laws and regulations of Fiji.

    How much does it cost to receive money?

    The receiver pays no transfer fee. All agent fees are paid by the sender.

    What is a money transfer control number (MTCN)?

    It's a unique number assigned to your transfer.
    You will need this number when you go to pick up your money and also to track your transfer.
