If you are a registered user of Orange or MTN Mobile Money in Ivory Coast, you may choose to receive money directly in to your mobile wallet1 via Western Union.
Provide your sender’s details and the tracking number (MTCN).To receive a transfer in your mobile wallet, you must have a fully registered profile. Check your provider’s website to learn how to register your profile.
Once you receive a transfer in your mobile wallet, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile number to confirm that funds have been deposited into your e-wallet, or to alert you about issues, if any.
Remember to ask your sender for the tracking number (MTCN) and the estimated amount sent.
