As one of the world’s most livable cities, it’s no surprise Vancouver’s an Insta-gold mine. Just ask one of the 10 million tourists who visited in 2016.

Now it’s your turn. We’re un-couvering the most photogenic spots in Vancity for your feed.

1. Stanley Park

Number of Hashtags: 438,536

This urban oasis tops the list with its beaches, hiking trails, and Canada’s largest aquarium. For a winning backdrop, snap a selfie at the Brockton Point lighthouse on Stanley Park’s Seawall (9,220 hashtags alone).

2. Granville Island

Put burst mode to work: Capture a slice of life at the hectic Public Market as you walk along the fresh produce, seafood, and gourmet food stalls. Once you’ve had your fill of #eaaaats, take a breather and catch a show at the Waterfront Theatre.

4. Grouse Mountain

Grouse Mountain’s famous Skyride offers aerial shots of mountain peaks and the Gulf Islands all in eight minutes. To really set your ‘grams apart, bring an attachable lens to capture a wide-angle view.

5. False Creek

The Olympic Village (70,390 hashtags alone) in Southeast False Creek is #goals for any sports fan. Today, it’s one of the greenest communities in the world and its promenade emits a New York Highline vibe.

 

6. Capilano Suspension Bridge

Don’t let your fear of heights hold you back from this wobbly bridge that dangles 230 feet above the Capilano River. Have a friend take a vertical panorama of you standing in the middle with the towering trees as your backdrop.

 

7. Canada Place

This iconic building sits on a pier that spans over the shores of the Burrard Inlet in the heart of Vancouver’s harbor front. Visit at night to Boomerang the light displays on its 90-foot fiberglass sails.

8. Lynn Canyon Park

There are enough hiking trails throughout Lynn Canyon Park to walk for hours — and enough waterfalls to fill your story along the way.

 

9. Quarry Rock
