Send money online for a cash pickup

Your receiver can pick up the cash in minutes2 at one of our 100+ agent locations1 in Fiji, or at any of our 500,000+ locations around the world.

  1. Register or log in to your profile, then click on Send Money.
  2. Fill in your money transfer details. Make sure to include your receiver’s complete information3 and then select Cash Pickup as the payout method.
  3. Pay for the transfer. You can pay from your Fiji bank account either via online banking or at the bank. If this is your first transfer, you will need to verify your profile by visiting one of our agent locations.
  4. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an SMS with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.
  5. Inform your receiver. Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pickup at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
Send money online to a bank account

You can send money directly to your receiver’s bank account around the world. You may also check our direct-to-bank country information to know if this service is available in your destination country.

  1. Know your receiver’s bank details. Typically, you’ll need your receiver’s bank name and code, as well as their bank account number. Learn more about what bank details are needed4.
  2. Register or log in to your profile, then click on Send Money.
  3. Fill in your money transfer details. Make sure to include your receiver’s complete information3 and then select Bank Account as the payout method.
  4. Pay for the transfer. You can pay from your Fiji bank account either via online banking or at the bank. If this is your first transfer, you will need to verify your profile by visiting one of our agent locations.
  5. Track your transfer. On your receipt page, you will find your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.

  2. Fill out the Send Money form. Submit the completed form to the agent along with the money you wish to send and your ID.
  3. Pay for the transfer.
  4. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll be given a receipt with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.
  5. Inform your receiver. Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pickup at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.

3. Pay for the transfer. Visit an agent location near you and submit an official government-issued ID to verify your profile. Then complete the money transfer by paying in store.

4. Track your transfer. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an SMS with your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer.

5. Inform your receiver. Share the MTCN with your receiver and let them know that the cash is ready for pickup at one of our agent locations. Do not disclose your money transfer details to anyone except your intended receiver.
