Ramadan Digital Customer Promotion

PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Details on how to enter the Promotion and information about the prizes are incorporated into these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants confirm their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter of this Promotion is Western Union Global Network Pte. Ltd (“Promoter”), 50 Raffles Place, #11-02/03 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623.

3. Entry is open to residents in Singapore aged 18 and above who satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 5 below (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Western Union^® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. This Promotion commences at 12:00am (SGT) on 16^th February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (SGT) on 31^st March 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after 11:59pm (Singapore Time) 31^st March 2026 will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.

5. Qualifying Transactions & Campaign Mechanism:

5.1 Eligible Participants must be an existing Western Union customer and successfully send 2 (two) Western Union® Money Transfers of minimum SGD $300 from the Western Union App in Singapore to Indonesia or Bangladesh, during the Promotion Period to qualify for 1 (one) SGD$10 Shopping Voucher.

5.2 This promotion is valid for Bangladesh & Indonesia corridor only.

5.3 Customer Flow:

How it works:

• For every Eligible Participant, customer will qualify for 1 (one) SGD $10 Shopping Voucher.

Redemption:

• Eligible participants will be notified via SMS and Email by Western Union after the Promotion Period, with a unique voucher redemption link to the SGD $10 Shopping Voucher.

6. Offer valid while stocks last and only during the promotion period.

7. Promoter reserves the right to refuse/deny any entrant it feels does not meet the eligibility qualifications stated in these terms and conditions.

8. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash, and the winner(s) shall be responsible for any tax arising for winning the prize.

9. Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the Eligible Participant(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law.

10. Winners shall be responsible for any tax arising for winning the prize. The prices are provided by a third party and will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the prizes, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the prizes, services, and/or information should be directed to the third party. The Promoter will not be held liable for prizes that do not reach winners expectations and to the quality and availability of the prizes, services and information provided by the third-party provider, and excludes liability in connection with the Promotion once the winner(s) enjoys any benefit relating to the Promotion of the full extent permitted by law.

11. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties or failures, unauthorized intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this Promotion.

12. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.

13. Western Union collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. Western Union will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at https://www.westernunion.com/us/en/privacy-statement.html.

14. Offer valid while stocks last and valid during the promotion period. Prizes are provided by a third-party provider, subject to their respective terms and conditions of the product warranty, in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever.

15. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
