- PROMOTION PERIOD: The Western Union® "My WU Gift Box Giveaway" (the "Giveaway" or the "Promotion") sponsored by Western Union Financial Services, Inc. (the "Sponsor") begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 3, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2018 (the "Promotion Period").
- ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents (having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), 18 years of age or older at time of entry. To participate in the Promotion, you must be a member of the Western Union® My WU® membership program (the "Program"). Employees of Western Union Financial Services, Inc. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER/PLAY:
- Visit https://www.westernunion.com/mywu/campaigns/us/giftboxholiday2018/ anytime during the Promotion Period, log-in using your My WU® membership number (your "My WU number") and follow the on-screen instructions to participate in the Giveaway. You will initially be required to confirm your email address and primary phone number. Click on the WU® Gift Box image to reveal an Official Prize Message or Award Points Message. Gift Card codes and My WU prize points will be automatically added to your My WU® Rewards History profile, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The person participating in the Giveaway as noted above and identified by Western Union as the registered owner of the My WU® membership number used at time of entry will be deemed the "Entrant."
- To become a Western Union® My WU® member for free, visit www.mywu.com or call 1-877-984-0469 toll free to enroll. Once enrolled, you will receive your Western Union My WU® membership number, which can be used immediately.
- LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON/MY WU NUMBER PER DAY. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 07:00:00 PM ET and ending 24 hours later, except for the first day of the Promotion Period which begins at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends 6:59:59 PM ET the same day. An Entrant can use only one My WU number to enter and play. Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology.

- GENERAL RULES: All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize/award and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. If a potential winner's membership in the Program is suspended or terminated for any reason, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation.
