Get a refund

Did something go wrong with your money transfer? You can cancel the transfer and request a refund before the money has been picked up at a participating agent location or deposited into your receiver’s account. You will also be eligible for a refund if your money transfer could not be processed further by us.

How do I get the refund?

The refund credit will depend upon your original mode of payment.

Credit Card or Debit Card

1.If you paid through your credit card or debit card, you would receive the refund on the same card. It may take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund on your card. If you still have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Care at +65 6336 2000.

PayNow and Bank Transfer

2.As we do not save your bank account details, we will not be able to refund it back to your account if you have made the payment through PayNow or bank transfer. You will have to collect the refund amount in cash from one of the below-mentioned agent locations if the refund is less than 3000 SGD.

If your refund amount is more than 3000 SGD, you will have to collect it in cash from one of the below-mentioned agent locations only. Please call the agent and confirm before visiting the location. The phone number, address, and operating hours of the agent locations are mentioned below.

In exceptional circumstances, if you are not able to collect the refund from the agent location and want us to refund it to your bank account, please call our Customer Care at +65 6336 2000 for further assistance. Please have your refund MTCN handy when you make the call. Before we can process your refund to bank account, we will need to validate the transfer. For that, we will need your tracking number (MTCN), proof of debit, and your bank account statement for the account used to make the transfer, with the bank account holder’s name and account number clearly printed on it. Please note that it might take up to 7 business days after you provide all necessary documents and information for our approval and verification for the refund to bank account. If you need the refund urgently, we advise you to visit the agent location and collect cash.

1 Please use care when providing bank account information. Funds will be paid into the bank account corresponding to account number you provide. The receiver's account must be a local currency payout account. If you're sending to a company or an institution, please provide the business’ name, bank account number, bank name, and bank routing number (SwiftBIC).
