What if I forgot to bring my ID?
We are unable to process your payment or refund without a government-issued ID.
What if my name on the order doesn’t completely match the ID provided for the payment at a Western Union agent location
• Spelling mistakes are acceptable if either the first or last names are recognizably the same;
• Only your first and last name will be checked so make sure that they match your order details.
What if the name on my order doesn’t match my ID?

You can only receive a refund at a Western Union agent location for an order originally paid for at a Western Union agent location. Please contact Amazon if you need a refund for any other means of payment.
Will I get My WU® Rewards points for Amazon purchase payments I make at Western Union agent locations?
Payments made for Amazon purchases do not qualify for My WU® Rewards.
